The SS500 Automatic Flashing Module is a true electronic flashing circuit with a latching timeout circuit that can be set from 1 to 8 seconds timer. This unit will not flash again as the generator is turned off. When the residual voltage is too low for the voltage regulator to build voltage normally on the generator the SS500 is what you need. The SS500 uses battery voltage and the output of the generator to automatically flash the generator for 1 to 8 seconds and then stop. The cycle is repeated every time you start the generator, normally a signal from the ignition switch or any convenient oil pressure sender or push button start the sequence. Current limiting resistors and safety diodes are included .
