Sales Terms and Conditions

Payments:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money orders and business or personal checks (10 day hold on shipment for check to clear)

Specifications, Images, price and part numbers:

Product specifications and appearance are accurate at time the item is placed on our website. Some items may vary in appearance or manufacturer. All parts are replacement parts that will replace Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) part unless otherwise noted. Due to the limited availability of some items, there may be minor modifications necessary to install some parts.

Prices are subject to change without notice and you will be notified prior to shipment if this occurs.

Many parts on our site are listed with National Stock Numbers, Part Numbers and alternate part numbers. These numbers are for cross reference purposes only. These numbers may not be the actual part number of the item you receive but in most cases will be a direct replacement for the part.

You are purchasing what is in the description and what is pictured, unless otherwise stated. If it is not listed in the description and you do not see it in the photos provided then it is not included.

Shipping and Back-Orders:

Our primary carrier for part shipment is UPS. Some shipments may be sent with alternate carriers when our shipping department fills the order.

All items not in stock at the time of order will be placed on a Back-Order Status and will ship as soon as they arrive at our facility. All partial orders with minimal part back-order time will be held until order is complete unless specified at check-out. Any orders requiring multiple shipments will increase shipping costs and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancellation of Orders:

All orders placed online or over the phone cannot be cancelled.

Refunds and Returns:

All sales of merchandise are final and items cannot be returned unless the item is found to be defective or the item is not the item ordered. You must call for a return authorization number prior to shipping return items. Once the return item is received and found to be defective or the wrong item, the replacement item will be shipped. No refunds will be given unless there is no replacement available for the product returned.

Warranty:

All "NEW REPLACEMENT" parts are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer's defects for a period of 90 days. Parts that failed due to misuse, abuse or use for improper applications are not covered. There is no guarantee on electrical items that have been installed.

Upon internal inspection of returned parts, if the part is found defective, the item will be replaced. If that product is no longer available, the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility.

This warranty extends solely to replacement of defective parts; Oshkosh Equipment Sales disclaims liability for labor and special or consequential damages of any nature.

All items not listed as "New Replacement" are sold as is with no warranty, guarantee or fitness for any use.

Damage in Transit:

Damage in transit is the carrier's responsibility. The carrier, upon acceptance of the shipment, assumes responsibility for its safe delivery. Claims for loss or damage sustained in transit must be made with the carrier.

Export from USA:

Some items we sell are not eligible for export from the U.S. If you would like to order and have your items shipped out of the USA please contact us via E-mail or telephone to place your order.
